- We don't ever hold any of your card details. All of our payments are dealt with by one of the internet's most trusted payment providers, SagePay. You can read more about SagePay here.
- We are tested and approved by Ethical Junction, the leading ethical directory on the web, with a strict policy regarding ethics, security and customer care.
- We won't charge your card until your item is ready to ship. We never try to take money from you before we are ready to put the order in the post.
- We would never, ever sell or give away any of your data. It is kept entirely securely and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of This Fair Earth. If you ever want us to delete your information (email, phone number, address), then just let us know.
- We are a small family business based in the UK and personally manage your orders, questions, packing and shipping ourselves. Nothing is sent to a faceless international company to deal with.
