Delivery
We want to make delivery as easy as possible so we have tried to keep our delivery options very simple:
Jewellery
- UK standard delivery - FREE (via First Class Packet Post)
- UK next day delivery - £5.00 (via Special Delivery).
International delivery is charged at £5.00 and is usually a signed-for service. Unfortunately, in the case of some particularly large international orders, the charges may be higher. We only seek to cover costs and do not profit from this.
Gifts, Homeware & Bags
For most items (anything other than the heaviest photo albums):
- UK standard delivery - £3.95 (via First Class Packet Post)
- UK next day delivery - £7.95 (via Special Delivery)
For a few very heavy photo albums:
- UK standard delivery - £4.95 (via First Class Packet Post)
- UK next day delivery - £11.95 (via Special Delivery)
All orders over £75 will be sent completely free of charge via First Class Packet Post in the UK!
International delivery is charged at either £8.95, £14.95 or £25.00, depending on the weight of the item, and is usually a signed-for service.

A Note on Special Delivery
Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery from the date of your order if you order before 12pm, otherwise, it will be dispatched the next day and arrive the day after. This does not include Saturday deliveries - if you order Special Delivery on a Friday, it is guaranteed for Monday delivery. However, if something is really urgent, let us know we'll try to get it to you!
In cases where we use Registered Post and Special Delivery, a signature will be required. If you are not available to receive the items, then you will be left a card which will give you details of how to pick up your items. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know at info@thisfairearth.com.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We will attempt to dispatch your items on the next working day following receipt of your order, depending on the availability of your item. Please bear in mind that many of our items are from small, independent producers or overseas collectives and so it can take a little time to get your item in to us. We will let you know the availability on the product page, but also when you place your order. Please take note of this. We will email you when your item has dispatched and you should then receive it within 3 days, depending on the postage method. Special Delivery will guarantee next day delivery from the date of dispatch, although Friday dispatches can only be guaranteed for Monday delivery, unless you specifically ask us - an additional charge may apply.

Finally, please make sure your postcode is correct on your order. If you are not 100% sure of your postcode, you can use either the Royal Mail's free Postcode Finder: http://www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: http://www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk/.
Packaging
You may find that some of our exterior packaging looks a little less than new. This is because we receive a large quantity of packaging materials here at This Fair Earth and don’t think that it should be thrown in the recycler just because it’s been used before. Where the packaging is new, it will be recycled, recycleable or compostable. However, regardless of how they are packaged on the outside, rest assured that your products will be beautifully presented and properly protected so you can enjoy them in pristine condition.
Returns
We hope that you love your product from This Fair Earth, but if you do want to return it for whatever reason, you can do so at any time within 28 days of receiving the goods and receive a full credit for the value of the items. Products must be returned in a resalable condition, be in the original packaging and be unused. All toiletries must be unopened and we cannot accept returns on earrings which have been worn. We will not be liable for postage costs where the product is not damaged or faulty and we strongly suggest you use registered post as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post.
If you believe the product to be faulty or not as described, then please return it to us with an explanation of your concerns and we will provide you with a full refund or a credit. In the case of faulty or damaged goods or goods not complying with their description, we will refund the postage costs to you.
